Bahá’í National Fund Update

$16.6M

As of October 9, 2025

To be on track to meet the $52 million National Fund goal, contributions to the National Fund at the end of September should have totaled approximately $21.7 million. As of October 9, 2025, a total of $16.6 million has been contributed toward the National Fund this fiscal year. As we prepare to celebrate the Twin Holy Days, we reflect with gratitude on the generosity of the friends and on the many community-building activities that are being supported by these contributions across our communities. We are confident that the Champion Builders of the World Order of Bahá’u’lláh will continue to arise to bridge the current gap in meeting the goal. Together, we will be able to continue to strengthen and expand the ongoing support for the many 'society-building' activities that reflect the love and unity of our Community, in 'ever greater measures.'

Contribute

As Bahá’ís, we have the privilege of having a direct relationship with each of the senior funds of the Faith, while at the same time, also maintaining a direct focus on continually supporting the National Fund. Unrestricted (not earmarked) contributions towards the National Fund goal allow for flexibility in supporting the many activities of the Faith.

YOUTH CORNER

“ALL MUST SURGE, BUT THE YOUTH MUST SOAR"

The Universal House of Justice, Riḍván 2024

Pictured above are youth gathered at the Sacramento Spark of Service Youth Conference at Sacramento State University, September 2025. The area youth met with several Local Spiritual Assemblies to ask for support for the cluster fund, which was then used to fund this conference. We received this beautiful narrative from a friend of the Faith who is one of the youth organizers of this wonderful conference:

"For our 2025 Sacramento Youth Conference, I was quite delighted to team up with other youth in my community to plan the event so thoroughly and lovingly! All around, there were our fellow youth, a large range of ages, sharing great insight with each other. We had collectively brought this wonderful energy that channeled throughout the building. It was a joy experiencing these sparks of service light within different individuals - my friends, my family, and even people I had never met before! I was amazed to see the openness and readiness to discuss the changes we all wanted to make to bring the community together. There was creativity buzzing through our ideas, whether that be for art and creation, for challenging certain social forces, or the processes in which we engage with our communities. Within each conversation, it became more apparent that we were all striving in our own ways to make a difference. I believe that everyone had taken something home with them, something enlightening. Something that they will share with more people to support each other in this spiritual, communal journey. It's truly such a pleasure to be a part of constructive efforts like these, where service is being sparked into every single soul. Cannot wait until the next one!"

How is your community supporting the youth to SOAR?

We are looking for more submissions from YOUth! Please send us your reflections and stories about the Institution of the Fund or recent youth activities/events. Stories, pictures, and or videos can be sent to bahaitreasurersoffice@usbnc.org.

Planned Giving

A Sacred Opportunity...

Bahá’u’lláh counsels each of us to write a will. This simple act is more than a practical necessity—it is a spiritual duty. Through the process of estate planning, we express our love for God, bring peace of mind to our families, and ensure that our resources are used in ways that reflect our deepest values.
